Who doesn't love a good Jamie Oliver recipe?! Especially when it sneaks extra veggies into the kids, unbenownst to them! This tomato sauce is very versatile, and can be used in many dishes such as lasagne, curry, pasta sauce, chilli, on pizza, or in a soup. It also makes a VERY big batch, and can be portioned up and frozen down, so you’ve always got a stash of veg-packed sauce to add some inspiration to those mid-week meals.
